What size am I?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, check out our size guide. If you don't have a way to measure yourself, the good news is all our fabrics are stretchy so your best guess might just work out perfect! Plus, we offer free exchanges/returns if necessary. View our size chart here
If my items are too long is it possible to have them hemmed?

Absolutely! Hemming is my specialty. All of our machines are located in our store in Scottsdale, AZ, and we’d be happy to customize your items. I'll even do it on the spot!

You can ship your items to us with a note specifying how many inches you’d like taken off, your inseam length, or your height, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Next time, you can add a note to your order with your desired length, and we’ll hem the items before shipping them to you!

How do I wash & take care of my new apparel?

Caring for your Wear & Roam garments is simple!

  • Machine wash in cold water to protect fabric quality and preserve color.
  • For the best results, hang dry your garments to maintain their shape and longevity.

Remember, our antimicrobial fabrics allow you to wear your pieces multiple times between washes—perfect for travel! Focus on enjoying your adventures, and save laundry for when you’re back home.

Can I cancel my order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can reach out to us and we can cancel the order for you. Even though we'll be sad to see you go!

If we have already shipped your order, then we can't cancel it. We'll just have to process an exchange for a preferred style or return once you receive the package.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long do orders usually take to ship?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we've received it. We’ll pack and ship your order within 1-4 business days, and as soon as it’s on the way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details. Woohoo! Your order is on its way!

All orders are shipped from our store in Scottsdale, AZ. If you're local, you can select in-store pickup at checkout to save on shipping costs.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

What is your return & exchange policy?

At Wear & Roam, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • All original tags are still attached
  • All inner packaging is included with the return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Once we have processed your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: You must have the original order number/receipt for a return to go back to your original payment method. (I'll do my best to help you find it if you can't.) If you don't have the order number or receipt we will be happy to provide you with a Wear & Roam Gift Card for the current value of the items.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?

Absolutely! And I'd love to meet you! Visit us at our Scottsdale, AZ store with your Order Number and we'll get you in clothes you love. If you prefer to return your items we'll set you up with a refund back to the original method of payment.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
