Follow our step-by-step guide to making a return

Step One

Request a return label

Reach out to our team at support@wearandroam.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll generate a return label and send it to you along with an order confirmation sheet to include in your package.

STEP TWO

Print your label

Simply print the return label and the order confirmation sheet.

Step Three

Bag it up

Place the items in any envelope of a similar size to the one they arrived in. Feel free to reuse the original envelope if it’s available—just tape it securely. Attach the label firmly to the outside and tuck the order confirmation sheet inside.

STEP FOUR

Drop it off

Take your package to the nearest USPS drop-off location, and you’re all set!

Our Return Policy

At Wear & Roam, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of order delivery.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • All original tags are still attached
  • All inner packaging is included with the return
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Once we have processed your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: You must have the original order number/receipt for a return to go back to your original payment method. (I'll do my best to help you find it if you can't.) If you don't have the order number or receipt we will be happy to provide you with a Wear & Roam Gift Card for the current value of the items.

Returns FAQs

When will I get my money back?

Once we receive your return shipment, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they meet all our return requirements. After the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.

Please note that once the refund is approved, it will be marked as Pending for up to 2 business days while the funds are processed. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?

Absolutely! And I'd love to meet you! Visit us at our Scottsdale, AZ store with your Order Number and we'll get you in clothes you love. If you prefer to return your items we'll set you up with a refund back to the original method of payment.

If my items are too long is it possible to have them hemmed?

Absolutely! Hemming is my specialty. All of our machines are located in our store in Scottsdale, AZ, and we’d be happy to customize your items.

You can ship your items to us with a note specifying how many inches you’d like taken off, your inseam length, or your height, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Next time, you can add a note to your order with your desired length, and we’ll hem the items before shipping them to you!

Can I return something that I purchased on final sale?

Sadly, no. Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale purchases are considered final and cannot be refunded, so please choose carefully when making your selection.

Can I cancel my order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can reach out to us and we can cancel the order for you. Even though we'll be sad to see you go! 

If we have already shipped your order, then we can't cancel it at this time. We'll just have to process an exchange for a preferred style or return once you receive the package.
